• the preoperative evaluation of patients awaiting cardiac surgery
• the intraoperative anesthetic care
• the sedation of patients undergoing invasive cardiology procedures
• the postoperative management of pain and stress
• the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
• the safe and rapid transport of critically ill patients
