Secretary of the Board of Directors and Executive Assistant to the President of the Board

The secretary of the Board and executive assistant to the President is responsible for:

  • The secretarial support of the Board of Directors
  • The organizing of Board meetings and the taking of minutes
  • The organizing of the President’s schedule as well as the scheduling of the ad hoc Board Committees
  • The administrative protocol of all incoming and outgoing communications
  • The maintenance of the records of Board decisions and issuing official copies of such decisions
  • The provision of secretarial services to the office of Legal Council
